  • Open space

    We deliver a flexible facilitation method for groups from five to hundreds of attendees. Participants set the agenda, fostering empowerment, collaboration and powerful action.

  • Conversation circles

    A traditional method, conversation circles promote harmony and equality by gathering people in a circle to share and think collaboratively. This environment encourages innovation, curiosity, and reflective thinking.

  • Systems thinking

    Systems thinking is a discipline for seeing wholes. It focuses on identifying relationships rather than isolated parts, and recognising evolving patterns instead of fixed isolated moments. In essence, helping others is also helping ourselves. Similarly, when we cause harm to others, we ultimately harm ourselves.
